A Broker Price Opinion (BPO) is an excellent tool to aide banks, lenders, and asset managers in making financial decisions on residential properties. Considering the relatively low financial cost and quick turn around time, a BPO is an excellent evaluation choice for these types of companies. We can provide reports in a standard online BPO format or use your company’s custom layout. Our objective is a quick 1-2 day turn around on all BPOs. If you have a “rush order” just let us know.
